Ethiopia Sidamo Natural Certified Organic

$18.35

There are 700 to 800 families growing coffee in this section of Sidamo, in the Guji Highlands. Each family tends  about 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of heirloom varietal, picking when the cherry reaches maximum ripeness and bringing the  coffee to Dambi Uddo Station for sorting and drying.

The opening aromas of vanilla, cherries, and jasmine melt into a silky smoothness of currant, dark chocolate, and black fig. The honey sweetness perfectly balances a soft black grape acidity, and the finish is long and gentle with hints of port and sandalwood.

Medium Roast | 12 oz
