Ethiopia Washed Ana Sora
At 250 hectares, Ana Sora is an unusually large estate by Ethiopian standards, as the average farmer tends two to three hectares of coffee. Israel Degfa is a second-generation coffee professional and owns mills throughout the region. The quality of this lot truly impressed us.
Cherry blossom, hibiscus, clove, and orange zest aromas are supported by a medium and syrupy body and bright green apple acidity. Passionfruit, honey, blueberry, semi-sweet chocolate, and almond butter flavors are prominent, with a tropical fruit finish.
