Smooth and creamy mouth feel, crisp pear and grape acidity. Hops, lime, and fudge brownie aromas, flavors of butter crème, anise, and molasses. Finish is long and gentle with hints of vanilla.
Truly superior coffee is hard to come by in Papua New Guinea. Inconsistencies in harvesting and drying introduce to many flaws in a great deal of the coffees produced there. This is a really worthy coffee and we’re proud to bring it to you.
