The wet hull method of removing the bean (pit) from the coffee fruit is tricky and if poorly done can introduce unwanted flavors into the coffee. This coffee has been expertly and lovingly prepared by the farmers who’ve produced it, and we could tell right away from the clean, bold flavor that this was a coffee we had to share with you.
