Milk chocolate and cherry compote flavors with aromas of cocoa butter, hibiscus, and Jasmine. Soft berry acidity and syrupy mouthfeel with a mango, tropical fruit finish.
The Gesha varietal was brought from Ethiopia to Panama in 1953 and after our friend Price Peterson’s success on Finca Esmeralda the Gesha varietal has been cultivated across Latin America. This honey process (separated from the skin, dried inside the fruit) offering is a wonderful example of the rich aromatics and sweet flavors the Gesha is known for.
