Description

Cocoa and plum aromas; syrupy body; cherry and semi-sweet chocolate flavors. Soft and pear-like acidity, cane sugar sweetness. Finish is smooth and lingering with hints of clove and star anise.

We’ve been working with this excellent, award-winning producer, Luis Alberto Balladarez, for many years. This washed process coffee is a wonderful example of the best coffee Nicaragua has to offer.
